You have access to all facilities on the first floor of the building (except gas stove and shower room).
If you would like to leave your garbage, please be sure to include the option ‘Leave the Garbage to Us Plan’ in your reservation.
Please make sure that each reservation would be more than two hours at a time.
*Children under 2-12 years old are charged 50% off the adult rate.

Three 45L garbage bags will be provided for the three types of garbage below.
- Regular trash (combustible, leftover food, paper cups, etc.)
- Recyclable garbage (plastic bottles, bottles, cans)
- Plastic garbage containers (PET bottle labels, lunch box containers, cup noodle containers, plastic shopping bags, etc.)

Shower rooms are available on the first floor.
Two bath towels and one bath mat will be provided.
The fee is for up to 2 persons per use.

This is a great service for hot summers and cold winters! Please take advantage of this service.
Cancellation Policy
No charge for cancellation from the completion of payment up to 30 days prior to the date of use.

How to use the space
Only the first floor of the building is available for rental.
Please note that the gas stove in the kitchen is not available for use.
As the building is unlocked with an electronic lock, there is no key to the building.
We will inform you how to unlock the door by e-mail the day before your stay.
If you didn’t reserve with "Leave the Garbage to Us Plan", please throw the garbage by yourself when you leave the building.

Use of Kitchen
Please note that firearms are strictly prohibited in the rooms. Please do not use the gas stove which is provided in the kitchen.
Other items such as microwaves, refrigerators, cooking utensils, and cutlery may be used freely.
Please clean up after use and return all items to their original locations before leaving the room.
Please make sure to check the microwave and refrigerator to not leave anything when you leave.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. (including electronic cigarettes).
Smoking in front of the building is also prohibited.
Cleaning
Please clean the room 5 minutes before the end of your stay.
Please use a vacuum to clean the entire room to keep it clean (foods, hair, etc.). And also please wash and dry any dishes that have been used and return them to their original locations.
Sponges, detergent, and linens are provided.
If you move furniture or fixtures, please return them to their original locations. (Please be careful not to damage the floor.)
Cleaning up trash
For those who are not using the "Leave the Garbage to Us Plan", please be sure to take all trash with you.
A penalty of 4,000 yen will be charged to guests who leave trash without making a prior arrangement.
For those who use the space during nighttime hours (reservations ending after 9:00 p.m.)
- Please do not shout or hang out in the area around the facility as it may disturb the neighbors.
- Please leave quietly after you leave.
- In the unlikely event of a complaint from a neighbor, we may charge a fine.
Cautions
If you extend the use of the room without prior notice and without permission, you will be charged double the amount of the usage time.
Before leaving the room
When cleaning is complete, please take a picture of the entire room from the living room window toward the kitchen and send the picture to info@parischezmoi.com by e-mail. *Please be careful not to leave any items in the refrigerator or microwave oven.
All rooms in this facility can be photographed and posted on SNS. Please take many memorable photos and have a great moment!
